We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses to join our multicultural clinical teams in Medical and Surgical Wards. This opportunity is open to qualified international nurses, including candidates from Kenya, who are seeking international exposure and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth admission, discharge, and transfer of patients
  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with hospital standards
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Administer prescribed medications (oral, intramuscular, intravenous)
  • Monitor patient condition and escalate clinical concerns appropriately
  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
  • Comply with infection control, safety, and waste management policies
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Take charge of the ward in the absence of the Senior Nurse
  • Support and mentor junior nursing staff
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times

Required profile for job ad : Registered Nurse - Moka, Mauritius

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution
  • Registered Nurse in home country (Kenya Nursing Council or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in Medical and/or Surgical Wards
  • Sound clinical knowledge and ability to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care
  • Competent in medication administration (oral, intramuscular, and intravenous)
  • Ability to recognise, assess, and escalate clinical deterioration appropriately
  • Good computer literacy, including use of basic hospital information systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinical environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills
  • Professional attitude with a strong sense of ethics, confidentiality, and accountability
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Willingness to relocate to Mauritius and commit to a minimum contract period
  • Ability to provide satisfactory professional reference checks
