Position : Receptionist/Front Office Assistant - Nairobi
Our client, a leading company in the branding sector, is seeking to recruit a Receptionist/Front Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage front office operations, including handling correspondence and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and ensure meeting areas are set up appropriately.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Support the sales and customer service teams by providing necessary information to clients.
- Maintain records of visitors and ensure adherence to security and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.
