Position : Receptionist - Pretoria Gauteng

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of office documents and information.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
