Position : Receptionist - Nairobi

We are looking for a Receptionist.
Responsibilities :

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Managing Phone Calls: Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls.
  • Mail and Package Handling: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
  • Administrative Tasks: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and filing documents.
  • Maintaining Reception Area: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
