Position : Real Estate Sales Executive - Accra

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, with a strong ability to navigate cross-border transactions and manage an international client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals in residential and commercial real estate markets.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven executive who excels in project execution, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and marketing efficiency. You will play a critical role in expanding our business, ensuring compliance with international and internal standards, and implementing best practices that enhance productivity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote various residential and commercial properties.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive engagement with potential clients across different markets.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance brand awareness and drive sales performance.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Conduct property site visits, open houses, and tours for potential buyers and investors, providing in-depth property insights.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring superior customer service and satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities to help them make informed decisions.
  • Address and resolve client concerns, queries, and objections effectively to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay up-to-date with global and local real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities.
  • Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on pricing, market demand, and investment potential for various properties.

Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals

  • Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with legal teams, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and compliant transactions.
  • Ensure all deals adhere to regulatory and company policies, managing paperwork and documentation with precision.

Collaboration & Team Support

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to optimize sales operations and customer experience.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales associates to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and preferably 3 years in a real estate environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
