Quality Assurance Manager - Juba, Yambio,Kuajok,Wau, Bor

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Design, implement, and improve company quality standards. 2. Analyse data to find areas for growth.3. Assist in the recruiting process.4. Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to meet standards.5. Create reports to track progress.6. Formulate strategies to increase productivity.7. Review processes to ensure that they align with current trends.8. Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.9. Ensure all legal standards are met.10. Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action.11. Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
CORE REQUIREMENTS :1. Bachelor’s degree or associate’s with experience in the field.2. Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.3. Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods. 4. Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach.5. Willingness to assist other departments in developing solutions and metrics.
