Position : Project Manager - Yambio

We are looking for a Project Manager.
Position summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, supervision, coordination, and reporting of the Cooperative Development & Livelihood Project. The role ensures timely delivery of project activities in line with donor requirements, HWW policies, and safeguarding standards.
Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, implementation, and workplan management
  • Supervise Project Officers and Project Assistants
  • Ensure quality delivery of livelihood and cooperative development activities
  • Coordinate with MEAL, Finance, Operations teams, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with donor regulations and HWW procedures
  • Produce timely narrative and internal reports
  • Integrate safeguarding, PSEA, and accountability mechanisms into daily implementation
  • Identify and manage operational, programmatic, and safeguarding risks

Required profile for job ad : Project Manager - Yambio

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience managing NGO or INGO projects
  • Experience managing donor-funded projects, preferably in livelihoods or cooperative programming
  • Strong team leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
  •  Prior experience working in South Sudan or similar contexts is an advantage
