Project Manager - Windhoek

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and optimize advertising placement campaigns. The ideal candidate will coordinate across teams, ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives, and drive measurable results. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical acumen, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Campaign Planning and Strategy:

• Develop and manage advertising placement strategies aligned with company goals. 
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design ad materials.

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor ad placement campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, print, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all campaigns.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to optimize future placements.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of ad placements.

Vendor and Partner Collaboration:

• Work with ad networks, media partners, and agencies to secure placements and negotiate terms.
• Ensure contracts, payments, and deliverables are managed effectively.

Compliance and Quality Control:

• Ensure all ad placements comply with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards.
