Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute high-impact projects across the organization. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results that align with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client or stakeholder expectations.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Resolve conflicts, negotiate priorities, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Risk & Resource Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Allocate resources effectively, monitor team performance, and optimize productivity.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and operational resources to ensure efficiency.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Establish and implement project management best practices, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and standards.
  • Track project KPIs, monitor performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Recommend improvements to project workflows and organizational processes.

Technology & Tools

  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
