Position : Project Coordinator - Windhoek

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Project Coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring that all deadlines are met efficiently.
Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and milestone reviews to ensure project alignment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Prepare and disseminate progress reports and project updates.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, use project management tools to track progress, monitor risks, and report key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Identify project risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure project continuity.
  • Organise and maintain project files and records for easy accessibility.

  • Preferred Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 5 years and above of experience in project coordination or related industry.
