Position : Project Coordinator - Freetown

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator, who will play a pivotal role in driving project success, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s mission of delivering excellence and fostering innovation. The individuals will ensure operational efficiency, effective communication, and timely delivery of project goals, who can also thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional support.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and milestone reviews to ensure project alignment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Prepare and disseminate progress reports and project updates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, use project management tools to track progress, monitor risks, and report key performance indicators (KPI's)
- Identify project risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure project continuity.
- Organise and maintain project files and records for easy accessibility.

- Proficient in project management software and tools for scheduling, task management and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA will be an added advantage.
- 5 years and above of experience in project coordination or related industry.
