Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and management of our products throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with analytical skills to define product vision, drive product strategy, and deliver solutions that meet market and customer needs. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product performance.
Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify product opportunities.
  • Create and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver products successfully.
  • Monitor product performance using metrics and analytics to inform decisions and improvements.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and collaborate with sales and marketing teams for product launches.
  • Maintain product documentation, including specifications, roadmaps, and reports.
  • Lead and mentor junior product staff, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in product management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) is preferred.
