Position : Product Manager - Juba

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of our products. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership to deliver products that solve real customer problems and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on user research, data, and business needs
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the development process
  • Own the product backlog and lead sprint planning and prioritization
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and market research
  • Analyze product performance using metrics and customer feedback
  • Coordinate product launches and work with marketing and sales teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and decisions

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams
    • Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, fintech, healthcare]
    • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
    • Technical background or experience working closely with APIs and platforms
    • MBA or equivalent experience
