Job Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and for guiding products through their full lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement. The role bridges business, technology, marketing, and customer needs to deliver products that drive value, growth, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments
  • Gather, prioritise, and translate business and customer requirements into product specifications
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver products on time and within scope
  • Manage product lifecycle including ideation, development, launch, and performance optimisation
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Prepare business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on product-related matters

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-7 years experience in product management or a related role
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
