Position : Product Development Associate - 100% Remote

We are hiring a Product Development Associate to work directly with the founder to build the core product and compliance intelligence infrastructure that powers the Compleros platform.
This is a dual-function role combining:

  • SaaS product development (Bubble.io)
  • Compliance & regulatory research
  • Database architecture
  • Workflow automation

You will be the first technical hire and play a foundational role in building the platform’s core systems.
Core Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the Compleros web application inside Bubble.io.
  • Design the structural backbone of the compliance platform.
  • Build the regulatory intelligence layer that powers the product.
  • Assist in building automation systems tied to compliance tracking.
  • Operate inside structured sprint cycles.

Required Qualifications
All of the following are mandatory:

  • Proven Bubble.io experience (portfolio required)
  • SaaS platform development experience
  • API integration exposure
  • Ability to build full web application workflows
  • Strong database design understanding
  • Workflow automation experience
  • Strong English comprehension
  • Independent research capability
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Ability to work 40 hrs/week Eastern Time

Preferred Qualifications
Not required but highly valued:

  • Compliance or legal research exposure
  • Automation tools familiarity (Make/Zapier)
  • Startup experience
