Position : Plant Pole Producer - Adjiringanor

Plant Poles is hiring two Plant Pole Producers to join its growing production team in Accra. In this hands-on role, you will manufacture eco-friendly plant poles that support sustainable agriculture and gardening across Ghana. No prior technical or horticultural experience is required — you will receive on-the-job training and mentorship to help you succeed.
This is an ideal opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are eager to learn, and want to contribute to an environmentally responsible mission. The role follows a half-day schedule (mornings only), giving you time for other commitments.

Required profile for job ad : Plant Pole Producer - Adjiringanor

  • JHS or SHS graduate (no prior horticultural or technical experience needed)
  • Good spoken command of English
  • Sufficient physical stamina for hands-on production tasks during half-day shifts
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to new production techniques
  • Courteous, respectful, and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to producing high-quality work
