Position : Picker/Packer - Johannesburg

We are looking for a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packing products according to company standards, ensuring accuracy, and preparing shipments in a timely manner. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Pick items from inventory according to customer orders.
  • Pack products securely and label them correctly for shipment.
  • Check items for damage or missing components before packing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily production goals.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to goods and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Warehouse setting with moderate noise levels.
  • May require working in varying temperatures (depending on the facility).
  • Use of warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
