We are looking for an Operations Manager.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, optimizing processes, improving performance, and ensuring organizational effectiveness. This role involves managing teams, coordinating cross-functional activities, monitoring operational metrics, and implementing strategies that support efficiency, productivity, and growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity standards are met.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead operational optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and industry requirements.

Team & Performance Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop operational staff; manage scheduling, workloads, and performance.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support professional development initiatives.

Planning & Strategy

  • Support strategic planning and business objectives through operational alignment.
  • Forecast resource needs (staffing, materials, technology, budget).
  • Assist in developing and managing departmental budgets and cost-control initiatives.

Process & Workflow Optimization

  • Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve productivity and service delivery.
  • Standardize processes across teams or locations where applicable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Finance, HR, Sales, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams.
  • Serve as a key communication link between operations and executive leadership.
  • Support implementation of new projects, systems, and operational tools.

Reporting & Metrics

  • Track and report on operational KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular operational reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Monitor risk areas and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, team leadership, and operational planning.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with operational software, ERP or workflow systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to accuracy and detail.
