Position : Operations Manager - Kumasi

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across the organization. This role is critical in driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution of business operations in line with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction across all operational functions.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost control.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate operations teams to drive high performance and accountability.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with organizational strategy.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 7–10 years progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex operations and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High proficiency in operational planning, process optimization, and performance management.
