Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in operations management or related roles, with leadership responsibility.
  • Proven track record in process optimization, team management, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in managing budgets, resources, and operational KPIs.
