Position : Office Clerk - Accra

The objective of the Office Clerk is to participate in daily administrative works. 
Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports, memos, and correspondence as required.
  • Inventory Management: Help manage office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and provide aid, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support their administrative needs.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Higher National Diploma (HND)
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field 

2. Experience

  • Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role (0–2 years).
  • Experience with data entry, record-keeping, or customer service is a plus.

  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
