Position : Office Clerk - Accra
The objective of the Office Clerk is to participate in daily administrative works.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports, memos, and correspondence as required.
- Inventory Management: Help manage office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors and provide aid, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support their administrative needs.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Higher National Diploma (HND)
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field
2. Experience
- Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role (0–2 years).
- Experience with data entry, record-keeping, or customer service is a plus.

- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
