RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Greet visitors in a professional manner2. Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly3. Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party4.Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail5. Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary6. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings7. Resolving office-related issues8. Deputising for the Administrative Assistant9. May run various routine errands, as required, for the unit/department.10. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:1. Three years of relevant experience in an office environment2. Excellent writing skills – strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation3. Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving4. Thorough understanding of office management procedures5. Proficiency in MS Office.
