We are seeking reliable and organized Office Administrators to support our daily office operations across our branches. This role is suitable for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow within an agrobusiness environment.

  • Provide general administrative support to the office
  • Receive, record, and organize office documents and files
  • Assist in data entry, record keeping, and basic reporting
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
  • Support coordination of office activities and schedules
  • Assist with stock records, delivery notes, and simple inventory tracking
  • Maintain cleanliness and order within the office environment
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor
