Position : Network Field Technician - Cape Coast

We are looking for a Network Field Technician.
A Field Technician responsible for installing and troubleshooting internet connectivity issues at customers’ premises.

Required profile for job ad : Network Field Technician - Cape Coast

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys, install, and set up WiFi connections at customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues promptly.
  • Respond to technical reports forwarded from the call center.
  • Submit daily field technical reports on completed jobs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Candidate must have a valid driver's license and must be able to drive a manual car
