Position : Medical Sales Executive - Accra

We are looking for a Medical Sales Executive.
Responsibilities :

  • Promote and drive sales of the company’s medical and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital procurement teams.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions to increase product knowledge and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor strategic territory sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct continuous market research to track competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging opportunities for business growth.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Schedule and perform regular visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and laboratories to ensure consistent product visibility and support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely follow-ups, product guidance, and comprehensive after-sales support.
  • Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
