Position : Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Hydraulics Systems) - Lagos

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Hydraulics Systems)  
Responsibilities:

  • Designing and analyzing hydraulic systems, including pipelines, channels, drainage systems.
  • Conducting feasibility studies, including site investigations and assessments, to determine the viability and potential impacts of hydraulic projects.
  • Installation of Hydraulic Systems especially security equipment’s (Wedge Barrier Hydraulic Systems)
  • Collaborating with other engineers and professionals to develop comprehensive hydraulic designs and engineering plans.
  • Identifying and evaluating potential risks and hazards associated with hydraulic systems, and implementing appropriate safety measures.
  • Performing maintenance on Hydraulic systems with strict adherence to maintenance schedule
  • Conducting research and staying updated on the latest advancements in hydraulic engineering technologies and methodologies especially on security equipment with Hydraulic systems.
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure project success.

Required profile for job ad : Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Hydraulics Systems) - Lagos

  • Technical School, Polytechnic, Technical College or Bachelor's degree in Technical, Mechanical electrical or Hydraulic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Any technical background with solid training
  • Proven experience in hydraulic engineering, preferably in the design and construction of hydraulic systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in turn key project management and working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
