Position : Marketing Specialist - Nairobi

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
  • Generate qualified leads for fumigation and cleaning services
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
  • Oversee social media content creation and engagement 
  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns (flyers, partnerships, activations)
  • Improve online visibility (SEO & Google My Business) 
  • Track and report on marketing performance (ROI, leads, conversions) 
  • Work closely with sales/operations to convert leads into customers 
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments 

 

    Required profile for job ad : Marketing Specialist - Nairobi

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Number of leads generated per month
    • Conversion rate (lead → paying customer)  
    • Increase in bookings/revenue

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
    • Proven experience in digital marketing (especially Facebook & Google Ads) 
    • Strong understanding of the Kenyan market 
    • Experience in service industry marketing (cleaning, pest control, etc. is a plus)
    • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
    • Good communication and creative skills
