Marketing Representative - Nairobi

The Santiago Perfecto Foundation is a social enterprise dedicated to promoting mother and child health by providing quality, accessible, and affordable ultrasound services. We are committed to breaking barriers and ensuring that expectant mothers in hard-to-reach communities receive the care they need.
We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and raise awareness about our mission.
Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the foundation's services and initiatives.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with the team to organize events and community outreach programs.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Finding and pursuing new clients or business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Developing strategies to connect with potential customers, such as cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, and leveraging referrals.
• Conducting outreach and engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Working closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure a cohesive sales process.
• Visiting customers on a regular basis to evaluate their needs.
• Maintaining client database and records.

• Learning about products or services and presenting them to clients.
• Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports.
• Gathering information on pricing, products, and trends in the market.
