Zan Estate and Decor is looking for motivated and results-driven Marketing Personnel to promote our real estate and interior decoration services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, engaging with clients, and driving sales to achieve the company’s business goals.
This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of marketing trends, particularly in the real estate and interior design sectors.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the company’s services.
- Identify and connect with potential clients through various marketing channels.
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to enhance the company’s online presence.
- Organise and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and open houses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitors, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
- Design and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and online advertisements.
- Provide regular updates on marketing campaigns and analyse their effectiveness.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions and maintain its reputation.
Requirements
- Education: High School and above.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing; experience in real estate or interior decor is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the real estate and interior decor market in Ghana is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software is also an advantage.
