Job Description
 
Key Responsibilities
 

  • .Manage and execute an overall marketing strategy that supports marketing communications, creatives and digital marketing, product marketing, events, project management, public relations as well as brand awareness.

 

  •  Key analysis of the beauty industry market trends and consumer insights to understand consumer and market requirements.

 

  •  Plan and drive long-term business strategies for the brand to ensure optimal and steady growth of the company.

 

  • Develop and improve the workflow within the marketing department to be more effective.

 

  • Partner and collaborate with various stakeholders across functional teams in providing recommendations to address identified service gaps and enhance the brand experience.

Skill & Experience:
 

  •  Degree or diploma in Mass Communication / Marketing / Business Relations or equivalent.

 

  •  At-least 3 years of experience in similar capacity.

 

  •  Must be well versed in all marketing aspects; including digital marketing and have some business development experience/skills.

 

  •  Good understanding of PR, have a vibrant personality and have good communication skills.

 

  •  Must be willing to relocate or currently living in busia
