 AnnkoDeals is a vibrant and growing classifieds ads platform, dedicated to connecting buyers and sellers in Ghana. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Referral Marketing Associates. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about marketing, enjoy engaging with people, and are driven by results.

Required profile for job ad : Marketing Associate - Accra

Responsibilities:

  • Referral Generation: Actively seek out and refer new users to AnnkoDeals. Meet or exceed the monthly referral quota.
  • Promotion: Promote the platform through various channels, such as social media, community events, and personal networks. Distribute marketing materials provided by the company.
  • User Support: Assist referred users with the registration process and any initial inquiries they may have. Provide feedback to the company on common user questions or issues.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on referral activities and outcomes. Maintain accurate records of all referral efforts and their results.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Network: A strong personal or professional network within the target market.
  • Access to Technology: Reliable access to a computer or smartphone with internet connectivity for tracking referrals and communication.
  • Understanding of the Platform: A thorough understanding of AnnkoDeals and its value proposition to effectively communicate this to potential users.

Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey the benefits of the platform clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales and Marketing Skills: Basic knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies. Ability to identify and engage potential users.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential users. Ability to empathize with and support users during their initial experience with the platform.
  • Self-Motivation and Organization: High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills to manage and track referral activities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address user concerns and provide solutions. Proactive approach to overcoming challenges in the referral process.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing referral targets and company strategies. Willingness to learn and implement new techniques as needed.
