Position : Marketing and Client Relations Executive - Accra

Position Summary
A fast-growing youth-focused sports and development organization is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Client Relations Executive to manage the marketing desk and oversee client relations activities.
The successful candidate will drive brand visibility, generate sales leads, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure smooth coordination between parents, players, coaches, and management. This role combines marketing, relationship management, administration, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing

  • Strengthen digital presence and ensure marketing targets are achieved.
  • Generate and convert sales leads into enrollments.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement direct marketing strategies.
  • Project manage marketing campaigns, events, and stakeholder activities.
  • Collaborate with creative designers on branding materials and promotional content.
  • Support partnership development and new business initiatives.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Track membership payments, renewals, and issue receipts.
  • Send notices, updates, and announcements to stakeholders.
  • Manage digital records, media library, and documentation systems.
  • Prepare proposals, sponsorship requests, and grant applications.
  • Supervise branch reporting and ensure timely weekly submissions.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports.

Client Relations & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, players, and guardians.
  • Communicate schedules, policies, and updates effectively.
  • Conduct regular satisfaction check-ins with stakeholders.
  • Represent stakeholder concerns to management.
  • Maintain clear communication between operational teams and families.

Conflict Resolution & Support

  • Address and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues where necessary.
  • Document interactions and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Growth & Marketing Support

  • Encourage referrals and positive word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Support content creation for website and social media.
  • Assist with fundraising events and seasonal programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing, client relations, or administrative roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Passion for youth development or sports is an advantage.

Software Proficiency

  • Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • CRM or membership management systems (added advantage).
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic content or design tools (Canva – added advantage).
