Position : Marketer - Homa Bay

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Marketer to lead brand growth for Aghahim/Konnekt Marketplace across Africa. If you love scaling brands from zero to millions of users, this position is for you.
Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute aggressive growth campaigns across social/digital networks.
  • Build strong brand presence, community and merchant-engagement funnels.
  • Manage content creation, paid ads, influencer relationships & launch events.
  • Track metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversions & retention) and optimize continuously.
  • Collaborate with product & vendor teams to drive traffic → sales → loyalty.

  • Proven digital marketing experience (e-commerce preferred).
  • Knows social trends, conversion funnels, content virality, automation tools.

Compensation
This role is equity-based only, vested based on performance KPIs and platform growth.You will be part of the leadership team influencing scale and market expansion.
