Manufacturing Supervisor - Berrechid

We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Execution:

• Coordinate and implement production schedules based on organizational requirements and capacity.
• Allocate tasks and monitor workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to ensure smooth operations.

Team Management:

• Supervise a team of production workers, ensuring they follow company policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions to upskill employees and maintain high productivity levels.
• Address employee concerns and ensure workplace harmony.

Quality Control:

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, working closely with the quality assurance team.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.

Resource Allocation and Management:

• Oversee the availability and proper use of raw materials, tools, and equipment for production.
• Work with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce workplace safety protocols in compliance with Moroccan labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and promptly address any hazards.
• Ensure the team uses personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and inventory usage.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
• Ensure proper documentation of any incidents, equipment malfunctions, or procedural deviations.
