Position : Logistics Manager - Nairobi

Company Overview
We are a fast-growing company specializing in the sale of dietary supplements. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Logistics Manager (Last Mile Delivery)  in Nairobi to oversee and optimize our last mile delivery operations.
Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate last mile delivery processes.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with courier services and logistics partners.
  • Monitor warehouse stock levels and product movement.
  • Quickly resolve delivery-related issues (delays, returns, refusals).
  • Prepare delivery reports and performance analytics.
  • Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics.
  • Mandatory experience in last mile delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of Nairobi’s geography and transportation infrastructure.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Fluent English is required.

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Two working Saturdays per month until 1:00 PM.

Selection Process

  • Interview with the Head of Delivery Department.
  • Test assignment.
  • Job offer in case of a positive decision.
