Lodge Management Couple - Namibia , Kalahari , Remote

JD Specialized Recruitment has partnered with an exclusive game lodge in the Kalahari (South Africa) to recruit a mature Namibian Lodge Management Couple.
Please note: Experience working in Namibia, Botswana, or South Africa in the Kalahari is required. Work permits for non-South Africans can be arranged.
Missions:

• Oversee daily operations of the lodge, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage and train lodge staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment
• Develop and implement lodge policies and procedures to maintain high standards of guest experience
• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of guest services, including reservations, check-ins/outs, and special requests
• Maintain and manage lodge facilities and equipment, ensuring all are in good working order
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to enhance lodge visibility and attract guests
• Handle financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
