Position : Loan Collection Officer - Ikeja
We are looking for a Loan Collection Officer.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 50,000 Naira per month.
- Transportation Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
- Food Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
- Full Attendance Bonus (payable only for full attendance).
- Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) coverage fully paid by the company.
- Pension plan fully funded by the company.
Required profile for job ad : Loan Collection Officer - Ikeja
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND); a statement of result is required with the application.
- Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
- Proximity to Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, is essential.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays a month on paid as overtime and two Saturdays off .
Immediate Resumption Required.
