Position : Litigation Attorney - Bedfordview

We are looking for a Litigation Attorney.
Responsibilities :

  • Attending to Litigation matters for Law firm
  • General Attorney duties (client liaison, court appearance etc.)
  • Compiling legal documents

Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross maximum (depending on relevant post admission experience) + free sharing

Required profile for job ad : Litigation Attorney - Bedfordview

  • Presentable, professional and meticulous female
  • Good business English proficiency and well spoken
  • Bachelor of Laws Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must
  • Minimum 3 years post admission experience in Civil Litigation a must (Civil Litigation - Evictions, property litigation, Minister of Police claims, RAF, commercial etc.)
  • Fully independently functional in Litigation
  • Non smoker
  • Computer literate in Caselines and Court Online
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
  • Residing near Bedfordview a must (within daily commuting distance)
  • Stable employment record a must
  • Contactable employer references a must
  • To start as soon as possible
