Position : Learning and Development Lead - Remote

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Lead to spearhead our training initiatives and development programs. This individual will play a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, skill enhancement, and career growth across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organisational goals.
  • Program Design: Develop engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to diverse learning needs.
  • Leadership Development: Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles through targeted programs.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through measurable outcomes and feedback loops.
  • Collaboration: Partner with department heads and HR to identify training gaps and address skill shortages.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage modern L&D technologies, such as LMS platforms, to streamline learning processes.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the learning and development budget effectively.

Required profile for job ad : Learning and Development Lead - Remote

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in a learning and development role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
    • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
    • Proficiency in L&D tools and platforms.
    • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in L&D, such as CPLP, SHRM-CP, or similar, are a plus.
