About the Role:
We’re seeking motivated Lead Generation Specialists to join our remote team. In this role, you will speak with homeowners, qualify prospects, and schedule roofing inspection appointments that meet our quality standards.
This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are competitive, confident on the phone, and motivated by commission-based earnings.

They communicate clearly in English, build quick rapport with homeowners, and can guide conversations toward setting qualified appointments without sounding scripted or pushy. They’re coachable, open to feedback, and continuously improving their approach.
Reliability is non-negotiable — they show up on time, maintain focus during scheduled hours, and treat this as a full-time professional role, not a side hustle.
If someone is hungry to earn, willing to put in the reps, and serious about growing in a sales environment, they’ll do well here.
Qualifications:

  • Strong spoken English (conversational to advanced)
  • Experience in sales, call centers, or customer service is a plus (not required)
  • Confidence speaking on the phone
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
  • Goal-oriented, positive attitude, and coachable
  • Windows-based computer or laptop required (Mac computers not supported)
