Position : Key Accounts Manager - Free State

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our most valuable clients. This role is critical to driving revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities for strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities

  • Manage key client relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction. 
  • Develop account plans and strategies to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, resolving issues and coordinating internal resources. 
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value. 
  • Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions. 
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals to maintain profitable partnerships.

Required profile for job ad : Key Accounts Manager - Free State

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and data reporting.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
