Position : Junior Videographer and Editor - Addis Ababa

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Videographer and Editor to join our team. This role will involve shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for our training programs, social media, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will also have basic graphic design skills to assist with visual content creation.
Responsibilities :

  • Shoot and edit video content for various purposes, including online courses, promotional materials, and social media.
  • Create engaging graphics for marketing materials, social media posts, and presentations.
  • Work closely with the content team to understand video and design needs and deliver content that aligns with the company’s goals.
  • Assist in video production, including setting up equipment, managing shoots, and editing footage.
  • Maintain and organize video files and graphics, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of video and design projects.

Required profile for job ad : Junior Videographer and Editor - Addis Ababa

  • Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio or demo reel required).
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in shooting and editing content for online courses or educational materials.
  • Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and content optimization for different formats.
