Position : Junior Fleet Services Account Manager - Rosebank

We are looking for a Junior Fleet Services Account Manager.
Responsibilities:

  • Create new and build on existing client base by identifying customer needs and addressing them with an emphasis on the value offering.
  • Follow up on leads and close deals
  • Adopt the key interface role between the customer and the company by providing exceptional customer service throughout the relationship
  • With a focus on quality, attend to all administrative tasks associated with fleet services

    Minimum requirements

    • 1 - 3 Years Sales Admin experience (entry level position with opportunity to grow into a sales account manager role)
    • National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
    • Strong Relationship Management Skills
    • Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations
    • Ability to plan and organise with strong administrative skills
    • High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills
    • Applied Excel at Intermediate Level
    • CRM applied experience.
