Position : Junior Accountant - Nairobi

We are looking for a Junior Accountant.
Missions:

  1. Responsible for day today sales transactions and accounting at the Bakery and confectionery unit
  2. Attend to over the counter customers at the unit
  3. Collect and bank daily sales revenue at the unit as instructed
  4. Do daily, weekly and monthly sales reconciliation
  5. Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports
  6. Do supplier accounts reconciliation and prepare payment schedules
  7. Handle any other responsibility as shall be assigned.

Required profile for job ad : Junior Accountant - Nairobi

  1. At least a Diploma in Business
  2. 2 years experience in a bakery, confectionery or Fast food outlet
  3. exceptional customer relations skills
  4. Excellent computing skills in MS Excel and Word packages.
