Position : Junior Accountant - Kampala

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. If you're passionate about numbers and enjoy solving financial challenges, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities :

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including payroll (if applicable).
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain and update accounting systems and records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
