Position : Journalist/ Reporter - Accra

Dashrite is seeking an experienced Journalist/ Reporter.
Responsibilities :

  • This individual will present stories and other content for all platforms in a clear, engaging, and meaningful manner to our platform users.
  • The individual will collect, analyze, interview, and arrange for studio interviews and present facts about newsworthy events by interview, investigation, or observation.

Required profile for job ad : Journalist/ Reporter - Accra

 Experience in Journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

  • Fluency in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to ad-lib when required.
  • Excellent news judgment with expansive knowledge of local/national current events, history, newsmakers, and issues.
  • Receptive to coaching, able to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work different hours and shifts.

Individuals will coordinate and ensure that all media platforms produce great content.
