Inventory and Creditors Clerk - Johannesburg

A dynamic social commerce startup is looking for an experienced Inventory and Creditors Clerk to join the team.You will assist with stock/ inventory control and Creditors process.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transfers, and adjustments.
• With the support od the Warehouse team, monitor and replenish stock based on sales trends and needs.
• Conduct regular stock audits, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Process incoming and outgoing stock transactions, invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
• Ensure accurate creditor invoice processing and payment submissions.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Update inventory management systems and generate insightful reports.
