We are offering a dynamic internship opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative  to join our fast-paced team. This role provides invaluable hands-on experience in the VoIP and A2P SMS industry, offering exposure to both sales and customer support functions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support – Assist the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and preparing sales documentation.
  • Customer Support – Provide basic technical support via email, phone, and live chat, helping troubleshoot service-related issues.
  • Market Research – Conduct research on market trends and competitors to provide insights for the sales team.
  • Product Knowledge – Learn and understand our VoIP and A2P SMS products to offer accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Administrative Support – Update CRM systems, maintain records, and generate reports.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Profile & Qualifications:

  • Age: 19-25 years
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications, VoIP, or SMS services is a plus (not required)
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
