Position : Internship as Travel Sales Consultant in Moshi - Moshi

Afromaxx is a travel agency settled in Moshi for over 20 years. We are looking for an intern for a position as travel consultant in Moshi.

  • The duties of a travel consultant are expanding from preparation of sales materials, communication with clients and handling of booking to after departure follow up.
  • A sales consultant will be able to create documentation, communicate with clients, agents and providers through any communication medium and registering the data precisely and thoroughly
  • We are looking for graduated candidates interested willing to learn and perfect in every aspect involved and interested to continue in a permanent position.
  • The job must be carried our in-house in our premises in Moshi.

Precision and thoroughness are indispensable skills, please indicate in your introduction letter how do you manage those abilities.

Requirements:

  • Training in the hospitality and/or IT fields
  • Good computer skills and software such as MS Office
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Other Languages
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong knowledge of the geography, accommodations and natural sites of Tanzania
  • Efficient negotiation and sales skills
  • Willingness to work hard, punctuality.
