Position : Instagram and TikTok Community Manager - Johannesburg

We are looking for an Instagram and TikTok Community Manager.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (videos, images, reels, stories) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
  • Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and trends to build a strong, authentic connection with followers.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools such as Sprout Social and Hootsuite, making data-driven recommendations to optimize future content and campaigns.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates, ensuring the brand remains relevant and top-of-mind.
  • Lead Instagram and TikTok advertising campaigns in partnership with the digital marketing team.

Required profile for job ad : Instagram and TikTok Community Manager - Johannesburg

  • 4-6 years of social media management experience, particularly with Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific features (Instagram Stories, IGTV, TikTok trends) and tools for video content creation and editing.
  • Proven ability to produce visually appealing and on-trend content that engages and grows a social media community.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to measure performance and make informed decisions.
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and collaborations.
  • Ability to work closely with internal teams (marketing, content) to align social media strategies with business objectives.
